Marilyn Manson‘s former girlfriend Ashley Morgan Smithline has filed a lawsuit against the goth rock singer alleging physical, sexual and emotional assaults.
In a complaint she filed in the Federal District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday, the 36 year-old model seeks damages for sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, human trafficking, and unlawful imprisonment.
Three other women have already filed lawsuits against Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner.
In a harrowing interview with People in May, Smithline had said that she thought the 52-year-old singer-songwriter was going to kill her during the abusive relationship.
Smithline made a shocking revelation that Manson forced her to engage in a blood pact.
“I survived a monster,” Smithline told the magazine.
Smithline is the latest in a series of women who have accused Manson of abuse during their relationships. They include actresses Esmé Bianco and Evan Rachel Wood.
