Bruce Springsteen‘s daughter Jessica Springsteen has been named to the U.S. equestrian team for the Tokyo Olympics.

The rock star’s daughter will be part of the four-member show jumping team, the team announced Monday.

The Tokyo Olympic Games are set to open on July 23 despite local opposition.

Springsteen, who is No. 27 in world ranking, will ride the Belgian Warmblood stallion Don Juan van de Donkhoeve.

This marks an Olympic debut for her, while her teammates – McLain Ward, Kent Farrington and Laura Kraut – are Olympic veterans.

The 29-year-old Springsteen is one of the top jumpers in the United States and has represented the country in many international events.

Jessica, who started riding when she was a child, was inspired by her mother, singer-songwriter Patti Scialfa.
