John Mayer Announces Tour In Support Of New Album 'Sob Rock'

John Mayer has announced the dates for his 2022 North American tour in support of his eighth studio album, Sob Rock, which he released on Friday (July 16).

According to the schedule, the tour will begin with a show at Albany’s Times Union Center on February 17, 2022. The tour will have stops in several cities, including Washington D.C., New York City, Pittsburgh, Toronto, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver and Seattle.

The final concert of the 24-date trek is scheduled to take place on April 28 at Chicago’s United Center.

According to an announcement, two pairs of front-row tickets will be auctioned off for each show of the tour. The proceeds from the ticket auctions will benefit the Back To You Fund, which has supported many charities, including John’s Heart & Armor Foundation, as well as programs supporting at-risk youth and the homeless.
