Hello, I’m Andrew and I play the very best of Modern Soul, Neo Soul, and the occasional cheeky oldie! I’ve been on the Northern and Modern Soul soon since 1982. My earliest experience of this wonderful music being at school and seeing all the Kool Kats passing round these records with the incredible and enticing garish coloured labels. “what you got there?” I asked, and boom! That was that!
These days I play more Neo Soul, but I never forget my roots!
As well as the radio, I’m a regular DJ at various weekenders and love to dance to as well as play these beautiful records.
